Macarons : A subtle mix of Spanish “Valencia” and California “Incomparable” almonds, egg whites, sugar, and no additives or preservatives.

Basque cream cake: Wheat flour, caster sugar, salt, Madagascan vanilla, rum, concentrated butter, eggs, baking powder almonds, milk-based custard, maize starch.

Praline spread : milk chocolate 40%, roasted almonds, roasted hazelnuts, butter, sugar and glucose

Rochers (milk) : Milk chocolate, almonds, hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Rochers (dark) : Dark chocolate, almonds, hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Macaroons: A fresh product, made every day, macaroons will keep for ten days in the bottom of your fridge. Take out 1/2 hour before tasting.

Gâteau basque: keep at room temperature for 5 days.

Praliné à tartiner: keep at room temperature and consume within 4 months.

Rochers: All our chocolates are made without preservatives. Ideal serving temperature: 20°. Do not refrigerate. To fully appreciate their flavors, we recommend that you eat them within 15 days of purchase.
